President's Message
President's Message
On behalf of the entire PTA Executive Board, I would like to take this opportunity to welcome you to the 2014-2015 school year at Coyote Creek Elementary School.  The purpose of PTA is to support the teachers, staff, parents and especially our students.  Every Child-One Voice is the National PTA motto and PTA is one of the strongest voices in the educational process that directly supports our children and school.  This year will be no different.  Your PTA has been busy preparing for a very productive and exciting year.
In order for PTA to be effective, we need the support and involvement of the parents of our students.  The first way to show your support is to become a member of the Coyote Creek Elementary School PTA.  Please take a moment to join either during online or onsite registration.
The second way to show your support will be to participate in the events and programs that we have planned throughout the year.  You may choose to be a committee chairman or an occasional volunteer.  Whatever level of participation you choose, your time and involvement will be greatly appreciated.  There are endless possibilities in ways you can help.  Research shows that students whose parents are involved in their education have better grades and fewer discipline problems.  We promise that the time you give to the PTA will be worthwhile - and fun!  Please consider volunteering.  It really does make a difference in the lives of all of our children.  Please check out the PTA table either at registration or at the PTA-sponsored Back to School Parent Coffee on the first day of school.  You can also make a valuable contribution by supporting our PTA Fall Fundraiser, which will run from September 26-October 10, 2014.
The PTA welcomes you to join our meetings to voice your concerns and to contribute your ideas to better our school.  We truly value your input.  All PTA meeting dates and activities will be posted regularly on the PTA website, .
We would like to thank you in advance for your support.  Please do not hesitate to contact me should you have any questions.  Have a wonderful school year and we look forward to seeing you at our first PTA Association meeting at 8:45 a.m. on September 22, 2014.
Warm regards,
Holly Krantz
